Venue Rental
The venue serves as an available space to host community and private events for individuals, nonprofit organizations, clubs, and religious organizations.
Event Management
Themes can be designed according to the clients’ theme or preference for an additional fee. Partnerships with major suppliers and vendors help clients pull off a stress-free, and memorable event.
Promotions
As a community partner, Themes will hold its own community engagement functions to include, GoodWill Campaigns, the Arts, Expos, Live bands, and more!

For more information regarding upcoming events at Themes or your private event please fill out the form and a team member will be in contact with you.

2. Speak With An Event Planner
This is the time in which you will speak with one of our planners about your event and we will go through the details of what is needed to host a well-orchestrated event.
If you had not yet had the opportunity to view the venue you can also schedule a time to do so.
3. Book Your Time
At this time we’ll start the planning process with whatever steps are needed depending on your event.
A deposit of $250 will be needed at this time to lock in your date and time.
*We cannot book a party unless a booking form has been completed and deposit paid


4. Event Leadup
This is the time in which you will speak with one of our planners about your event and we will go through the details of what is needed to host a well-orchestrated event.
If you had not yet had the opportunity to view the venue you can also schedule a time to do so.
5. Day of Event
At this time we’ll start the planning process with whatever steps are needed depending on your event.
A deposit of $100 will be needed at this time to lock in your date and time.
*We cannot book a party unless a booking form has been completed and deposit paid

We also provide live events and invite you to come and enjoy and evening with us full of live music and entertainment.

Join us every Monday and Thursday for an exciting array of dance classes at Just 4 Fun Dance! Our line dance classes run from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, offering a fantastic way to get moving and learn new steps in a fun, social setting. From 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, dive into our engaging hand dance sessions, perfect for those looking to master rhythmic hand movements and partner interactions.
Under the expert guidance of our experienced instructors, Corneilus Jackson and Linda Vincent, you’ll enjoy high-energy, enjoyable classes tailored for dancers of all levels. Each class is just $10, making it easy to dance your way to fitness and fun.

Weekend Packages $1500 — Includes:

Weekend ALL DAY — 12 Hour Block –$2700 (50% Deposit Required)
Children Parties (Up to age 13) — $500
**No Alcohol during kids parties
**Time Block available from 10am – 5pm for kids parties
