Venue Rental
The venue serves as an available space to host community and private events for individuals, nonprofit organizations, clubs, and religious organizations.
Event Management
Themes can be designed according to the clients’ theme or preference for an additional fee. Partnerships with major suppliers and vendors help clients pull off a stress-free, and memorable event.
Promotions
As a community partner, Themes will hold its own community engagement functions to include, GoodWill Campaigns, the Arts, Expos, Live bands, and more!

We can be as hands-off or hands on as you like. We have a hybrid process that is in place to set-up the best event for your needs.
We can simply rent you the venue, handle some vendor details, or create a full-service event for your gathering.
THEMES, LLC Special Event Center (“Venue”) operates under a valid liquor license issued by the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Board. In accordance with state regulations and our licensing agreement, all alcoholic beverages served or consumed on the premises must be provided exclusively by Venue.
Alcohol Procurement
Patrons, event hosts, and guests are strictly prohibited from bringing their own alcoholic beverages onto the premises. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through the Venue, ensuring compliance with Virginia ABC laws and maintaining quality control.
We book on a first come, first served basis. Because of the booking process, events should be booked at least (14) days before your scheduled event.
Cancellations must be in writing at least 10 days prior to the scheduled event date. Please note, 50% of all monies paid will be retained if an event is cancelled for any reason, including a natural pandemic.
Events Packages
Rates are as Follows:
Midday(10am-5pm)
5 hours starting @ $850
additional p/hr @$125
Evening(6pm-12mindnight)
5 hours starting @ $1350
additional p/hr @$175
Booking Deposit –To secure the date, a deposit of $250 is required, which will be applied toward your final balance. The remaining balance can be paid in installments, with the final payment due 7 days before the event.
Weekend Packages $1500 — Includes:
- Tables (seating 6 or 7) and Table Covers (Black or White)
- Chairs and Chair Covers (Black or White)
Weekend ALL DAY — 12 Hour Block –$2700 (50% Deposit Required)
Repast/Children Parties (Up to age 13) — $500
**No Alcohol during kids parties
**Time Block available from 10am – 5pm for kids parties

Tables – Chairs – Linens (white or black) for up to 25 guests
